We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR.

What personal data do we collect and why?

  • Name, email, phone number, address (when booking/membership) — to manage bookings, subscriptions, payments, and communication (contractual obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Payment information — handled by Vipps/Nets (we do not store card details).
  • Booking history and usage patterns — to improve the service and enforce membership limits.
  • IP address and browser data — via the website (booking system) for security and analytics (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not collect sensitive data (health etc.) unless you voluntarily share it.

Who do we share data with?

  • Flake (booking platform) — to handle bookings and payments.
  • Vipps — for payments (see their terms: https://www.vipps.no/vilkar/vilkar-privat/salgsvilkar).
  • No one else, unless required by law (e.g. tax authorities).

Storage period Data is kept only as long as necessary: booking data deleted after 1 year, membership data upon cancellation + 1 year (accounting obligation), marketing data until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. newsletter).
  • Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no). Contact us at hei@willowbadstue.com to exercise your rights.

Security We use technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data.

2. Terms and Conditions (Brukervilkår / Salgsbetingelser)

Terms and Conditions for Anomaly Holding AS – Willow Badstue - Jeløy Applies to all bookings, memberships, and use of our sauna at Framnes, Jeløy, Moss.

1. General Seller: Anomaly Holding AS, Framnes, Jeløy, Moss, Org. nr. 930 363 766, Email: hei@willowbadstue.com, Phone: 451 06 637. Buyer: The person making the booking or subscribing to membership. These terms apply to all purchases via our website/Flake. By booking, you accept these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made via Flake. Payment is made at the time of booking (Vipps/Nets).
  • Prices: See booking overview (incl. VAT). Private bookings: fixed price up to 8/10 people. Shared: per person.
  • Maximum 8/10 people per slot. Exceeding may result in refusal or extra charge.
  • Booked time includes changing, showering, and full use of the sauna.
  • The sauna is preheated and ready for use upon arrival. Your booked time slot includes time for changing/showering and full enjoyment of the sauna. The door typically opens 10 minutes before the start time for easy access via code.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before start → full refund (minus any fee).
  • Later cancellation → no refund (unless force majeure or fault on our part).
  • Incorrect booking: Contact us immediately for adjustment/refund if done early enough.
  • We reserve the right to cancel/refund in case of technical issues or weather conditions preventing use (e.g. power outage).

4. Membership / Subscription ("Willow Club")

  • Price: 499 NOK/month (or current price).
  • Includes: Unlimited shared sessions in designated off-peak slots.
  • Early booking window (7 days vs 3–4 days for non-members). 30% discount on private bookings.
  • No binding period. Cancel via Vipps or contact us. Access remains for the current month upon cancellation.
  • Misuse/overuse → suspension or termination.
  • 14-day cooling-off period from purchase (full refund if unused).

5. House Rules and Safety

  • Follow on-site instructions. Shower before use.
  • Do not use the sauna if you have: heart/cardiovascular disease, high/low blood pressure, fever, open wounds, pregnancy, intoxication, or other health conditions without doctor's approval.
  • No glass, food, smoking, open fire, or vandalism.
  • Clean up after yourself. Damage or failure to clean → invoicing.
  • We are not liable for personal injury.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • We do not guarantee constant temperature or availability (e.g. in case of technical failure).
  • Maximum liability: refund of the booking/membership fee. No liability for indirect losses.

7. Disputes Norwegian law applies. Attempt amicable resolution. Contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) at 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no if needed.

8. Changes We may change these terms with 30 days' notice (via email/website).
